Local Chapters are the lifeblood of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers. Chapters are encouraged to participate in state activities — such as MATHCOUNTS and Legislative Affairs — but they also have the option of pursuing activities that focus on local issues and interests. Organized into five regions, the 31 chapters provide the primary avenue for members to become involved in TSPE activities and projects. TSPE also works closely with its Student Chapters to promote the field of engineering and assist students in their endeavors to enter the profession.
