By registering for the conference, all participants/attendees agree to comply with the following protocols at the TSPE Conference.
    Please consider your personal health and safety - and of those around you - when deciding to use a mask. If vaccinated, masks are not required, but TSPE encourages the wearing of masks at all times - except for eating or drinking. If high risk, masks should be worn at all times - except for eating or drinking.
    Temperatures will be taken upon entering the meeting sessions daily. Well check questions will be asked at registration upon arrival. To accommodate spacing and safety we will provide a single track of sessions to protect you and your peers in attendance.
      Attendees will remain in the same chair for each session for the day. The rooms will be sanitized each night so attendees can select a different seat for the second day. Break service – coffee, etc. will be served at the break stations by Omni Hotel staff. A boxed lunch or to go option will be provided to all seminar attendees – attendees may eat in the meeting room at your same seat or you will be informed of places you can go for more spacing.
    Plexiglas will be at the registration desk to protect the staff and members.
Important Hotel Information : The Omni Frisco Hotel, located at 11 Cowboys Way, Frisco, TX 75034, is not currently offering all amenities.  You can find a  complete list here as they continue to open more.  Important items to note is their restaurant is open for dinner only Thursday-Saturday nights and they are not expected to have room service available during our event at the hotel.  There are a number of restaurants available within walking distance to the hotel in The Star District.
Room block : To reserve a room in the TSPE block, please call (800) 843-6664 and request the TSPE Conference room rate of $159 single/double or you can reserve one online  here .   Reservations must be made by May 24, 2021.  Rooms are available through this date or until the room block is sold out.
Refunds : Conference registration costs are refundable less $50 processing fee for cancellations received by June 9. Early Bird Rate is available through May 15.   For members this is $275/day and non-members are $375.
