The class will consist of two full-day sessions where each participant refines an actual business presentation planned for the near future. Active participation learning is used with live practice sessions for each technique. Each participant is videoed, coached, and receives a personal DVD of the videoed sessions.
Presented in partnership with the CrossGroup. For decades, Jim Cross and Mark Cook have been assisting organizations to improve performance excellence. At the core of their customized solutions is a rigorous approach to analyzing an organization’s current condition and providing answers that fit. Each session will be unique to meet participants needs.
The CrossGroup has specialized in serving A/E firms for more than twelve years. They have developed and delivered a variety of leadership programs for firms that are recognized as exemplary leaders in the profession: Parkhill, Smith & Cooper; Freese and Nichols; Reynolds, Smith and Hills; Brown & Gay; Howard R. Green; Thomas & Hutton; Dunaway Associates; and Multatech. They have led TSPE’s premier PE Leadership Institute program since its inception. Limited to first 20 registrants.
