Why are you involved in TSPE? 

I am involved in TSPE for networking and to support the profession. 

 

 

What is some advice you would give to someone early in their engineering career?

I suggest learning as much as you can about as many topics as you can. I also suggest working with a mentor to help guide your growth. 

 

If you could go back in time, would you do anything different about your career?

No, everything that I have done has led to where I am now. I have learned something in all aspects of my career.

Tony has been involved in TSPE and ASCE for most of his career (almost 20 years). He served as almost every position on the local board and most recently served as the State Director for the Travis Chapter of TSPE. Tony is a Licensed Professional Engineer and the Vice President and Principal with MWM DesignGroup and serves as the Director of Civil Infrastructure and Surveying. Tony has been married for 19 years to his high school sweetheart and has two children.
