1. Must be an upper level undergraduate student or graduate student currently enrolled or admitted to an ABET-accredited engineering program at a Texas university. (Please note: high school seniors would not be eligible to apply for either scholarship).
2. Must be a full-time student.
3. Must be a U.S. citizen.
