The Young Engineers Committee is a group of engineers located across Texas who are engaged in efforts to grow relationships with younger engineers, EITs, PEs, and upcoming graduates who are ages 35 and younger. Our committee efforts include promoting TSPE membership, professionalism, PE state licensure and long-term networking. Our younger generations are the face of our future.

The YEC meets once per month to discuss outreach efforts and plan for upcoming social events. The YEC hosts younger member social events virtually and in-person each year.
